Warranty

At AY DYNAMIC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you encounter any issues with our body kits upon delivery, we will replace the broken or damaged parts free of charge. However, once the product has been installed and used, the warranty is no longer valid.

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and materials, but due to the nature of automotive aftermarket parts, we cannot offer full refunds for used or installed products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our warranty policy.

Disclaimer

At AY DYNAMIC, we want you to know that you assume all risks and responsibilities when using our products. It's up to you to determine whether our products are suitable for your needs. It's also important to understand that the legality of our products varies from state to state. Please check with your local law enforcement to make sure our products meet your local laws and regulations.

While we strive for the highest quality in all of our products, we cannot be held responsible for any vehicle damage or personal injury that may result from the use of our products, nor any legal consequences that may arise.

If you choose to install our products, it is important to have them installed by a well-trained professional in a properly equipped area. Improper installation may result in damages, and we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by improper installation.

Lastly, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any monetary or opportunity costs that may arise from improper installation. Thank you for understanding.

Orders and Payment Info

At AY DYNAMIC, all of our products are built to order. To secure your order, we require a 50% deposit upfront. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order for any reason. Once your custom-built product is ready to ship, we'll notify you and you'll have 10 days to pay the remaining balance and shipping costs. Please make sure to complete your payment during this time, as failure to do so may result in your order being canceled and your deposit being forfeited. Thank you for choosing AY DYNAMIC!

The prices on the web do not include any shipping costs.


Shipping and Handling

We are happy to provide shipping costs from our warehouse to your specified address before you place your order with us. Many items are small enough to be shipped directly from AY DYNAMIC in China to you using EMS express air postal service.

We arrange shipping by the most economical method, typically using USPS, UPS, or FedEx (with truck freight for large items and a shipping quote). Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please inspect all packages upon receipt. If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect it in the presence of the carrier before signing. All claims for damages and/or loss must be made immediately to the carrier within 24 hours. Please keep all packaging materials for shipping claim evaluation. The shipping company will deny all claims if you fail to notate any damage.

If the products inside the carton are heavily damaged, you can refuse the delivery. Please write "Refused Due to Damage" on the receipt. If the delivery driver refuses your right to inspect the contents of the box, please write "Driver refused inspection on contents at the time of delivery." We will do our best to assist you in case of damage. Please report any damage to us within 24 hours and keep all packaging materials. If possible, please take pictures.

In case you need expedited shipping, we offer express shipping options such as DHL or FedEx International Priority. Please contact us for a quote.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AY DYNAMIC. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly visible on the return shipping package to ensure proper processing.

Returns and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be in brand new condition with packaging and show no signs of wear, use (installed), prepped, or painted in any way.

Refunds will only be issued for the value of the returned item, and only if the item is in brand new condition. If an item is returned in a damaged condition, we may choose to partially refund the item or return the item to the buyer at their expense.

Please carefully package the item for return shipment to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was received. Any returns without an RMA number may not be eligible for a refund and will be the buyer's responsibility to contact us.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE SPECIAL ORDERED.
